SO grateful that Ashley and I met Matt and Kimra Templeman at the Parenting Now benefit dinner a few weeks ago, because that led Ashley and I to start getting our butts in shape with miss Kimra! And we love it! She is amazing!
I woke up in a funk! My eyes were heavy and my body felt blah. I could've easily cancelled my 10am workout with my trainer Kimra, but a voice in my head said "Suck it up, buttercup!" BOY! Am I glad I made myself go! I felt like a million bucks afterward! Healthy movement helps to unlock the "drug cabinet" in your brain. All those feel-good hormones are at your disposal anytime you need them. You just have to know how to access them. Several other deeply meaningful interactions rounded out my day!! Thank goodness for family and friends!
I started working out with Kimra to get healthier, but ended up losing 4 clothing sizes! (from a size 14 to 10, from XLs to mediums) Kimra has also given me lots of great information and ideas on nutrition, for example ways to cut down on sugar in my diet while still enjoying treats! She’s lots of fun to work with, and lets you go at your own pace but also challenges you. I’m so glad she’s opened her own studio! It’s convenient and private! See you at SEEK Fitness!

I've known Kimra for 10 years. I was a member at Oakway Fitness where Kimra was a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist. I participated in many of her Group Fitness Classes and enjoyed every one! When Co-vid closed the gym, a friend and I transitioned from taking classes to Personal Training with Kimra. We exercised with her "OUT DOORS" for 2 years! Now, Kimra has her own fitness studio, and we love the new space. I recommend Kimra as a workout and nutrition Coach.
